Mike Luchessi: Not certain, but this looks like the late John Sandberg's race #28 "Tipsy Too". This was his second Reno racer, following a P-63 he called "Tipsy Miss". "Tipsy Too" raced in the early '80's, and was badly damaged in a hard crash landing after an engine failure following a heat race. Not sure what became of the a/c after the wreck.
