Tim Savage: (11th Nov. 01) This is now Ed Shipley's bird. It used to be based in Middletown, Ohio, I believe. Shipley bought it and had it restored by Pacific Fighters at Chino and it was finished in 1993 as Big Beautiful Doll. Won Grand Champion at OSH in 94.


Dave Lindauer: (11th Nov. 01) This is 44-84933, N201F, formerly CF-RUT, N2874D and RCAF 9221. Currently with John J Mark & registered owner M A Inc, Oshkosh, WI.


Steve Gress: (15th Nov. 01) Probably N167F, taken in Fort Collins, CO in the early 1980's right after it was restored there.


Tim Savage: (15th Nov. 01) Oops, just looked at it again...looks more like John Mark's airplane from OSH. Didn't pay enough attnetion the first time! I just looked at the blue nose...which looks a bit like the scheme Shipley's used to be in...
