Okay - this is P-51K-10-NT 44-12089, numbered '43' and nicknamed 'Sadie Mae' - during WW2, this a/c had seen service with the 3rd ACG and coded 'Q' (see picture in the 'Pacific Theatre' Images section (subscriber's only). The unit is not known to me yet, but it might be the 56th FG based in Japan, before they converted to the P-51H.
