Case 99 looks like Johnny Rutherford's P-51 from back in '79-'80. If I'm
not mistaken, I believe this plane went on to become the Joe Kasparoff/Skip
Holm "The Healer", Race 39 during the '80's, and even won the race at Moose
Jaw, Saskatchawan in 1984.
Right owner, wrong P-51

T.J. Johansen:
Case 99 is Johnny Rutherfords N6320T 44-74497 which was later sold to Hess
Bomberger as "Vergeltungsvaffe" before being sold to Bob Jepson!
Dick Phillips:
This is indeed N6320T, 44-74497. Depending on the date of the photo, it
could have been owned by Johnny Rutherford or by Frank Strickler. It went on
to belong to Hess Bomberger, as VERGERTUNGSWAFFE. It now belongs to Bob
Jepson and is being rebuilt at Square One, at Chino.
Case Closed!
